POLi Payment process
Customer receives a POLi™ Link. Customer selected POLi™ as their payment method. Customer logs into their Internet Bank and confirms. Money is transferred to the merchant. User closes internet banking session. An instant receipt & payment confirmation is available for the consumer and merchant.

Microsoft .NET

To run, POLi™ requires installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5 SP1.

Microsoft .NET 2.0 is included by default with Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7, and is not required to be installed separately.

Is my bank supported by POLi™?

We like to keep our customers and clients informed of any performance issues that may be affecting the POLi™ service.

The table below outlines the status for each of the Internet Banking sites which POLi currently supports and whether they are available to conduct transactions. Occasionally, your Internet banking site might be unavailable. This could be due to your bank not being online or POLi™ performing maintenance on the system. In either case this means you won’t be able to use POLi™.

You can retrieve more details on the status of your bank by simply clicking on your bank name below.
